Short version: we collect what we need to price your job and send you a quote. We don't sell it, we don't add you to a list, and we don't call you unless you ask us to.
What we collect
- Your name, email, and phone number if you give it
- The suburb, job type, timeline and any notes or photos you send
- An optional budget range, if you choose to give one
- Basic analytics about how the site was used, including which advertisement or search brought you here
Why we collect it
To prepare and send your itemised quote, to arrange a site visit if the job needs one, and to understand which parts of the site are working. That's the whole list.
Who sees it
Us, and the trades quoting your specific job. Your enquiry is delivered through our form provider and stored in our email. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and processes usage data on Google's infrastructure. Work is delivered in partnership with Expert Property Services, whose team sees the job details needed to price and complete it.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept while the quote is live and for a period afterwards for our records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email hello@thereno.co.nzand we'll action it.
Cookies
The site stores your day/night preference in your browser, and records the source of your visit for the length of your session. Analytics cookies are set by Google. You can block or clear all of these in your browser settings without breaking the site.
